The V5-Pro is a specialized framing clamp designed to join shadowbox moldings, canvas floater frames, and standard picture frames that are up to 3.5 inches wide. Picture framers have long sought an ideal solution to join various frame profiles with a single master clamp accurately. We are excited to introduce the newly improved 2026 V5-Pro, the ultimate framing clamp that stands the test of time.
Its features allow for easy adjustment and alignment, ensuring full contact at the miter cuts on both the top and bottom of the molding. The clamp includes intuitive horizontal and vertical adjustment functions that are simple to adapt, making it user-friendly for framers.
The New functions
- Horizontal angle adjustment: easily adjust the miter cuts to achieve full contact and avoid gaps at the joint.
- Vertical angle adjustment - (use the 2 wing nuts). to apply additional pressure to the top of the joint (if needed).
- Spring jaws - "push n tighten" mechanism grabs the miter cuts together.
- Fence stabilizer (black thumb nut on top of the right fence), keeps the right fence always locked except when adjusting the horizontal angle. (then lock it right back).
- Quick release: to change the clamp opening with ease for the new frame.
